Available in 225 cities across Sweden, France and the UK, Karma is the app that’s working hard to tackle food waste.

One third of all food produced is wasted, but Karma has already rescued 750 tonnes of food (2 million meals) and saved 1000 tonnes of CO2 by matching consumers with half-price food which would otherwise be wasted.

When restaurants, retailers and cafes have unsold food on the brink of becoming waste, they list the items on the app for half price. Consumers who follow these restaurants are instantly notified and can collect delicious food for amazing discounts: it’s win-win. Good for the wallet, good for the planet.
