Sea Change

Turning the tide on plastic pollution is planet-friendly wine merchant, Sea Change. Founders Toby and Bill were already in the business of making and distributing wine through their wine agency 10 International, but meetings with colleagues Simon and Ian always ended on the same subject — a niggling need to do something bigger — to influence change in their industry and help to protect our planet.

In 2018 the concept of Sea Change was born. The idea was to create great tasting, ethically-produced wines that contribute financially to marine conservation charities. The team has managed to minimise their environmental impact with lighter-weight glass bottles, renewable plant-based closures, and label paper labels from sustainable forests; made in part from grape waste. We’ll drink to that!
